Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.

In a large bowl, melt 170g of unsalted butter and mix with 200g of granulated sugar and 100g of brown sugar until well combined.

Add in 3 eggs and 10g of vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.

Sift together 130g of all-purpose flour, 40g of cocoa powder, 5g of baking powder, and 1g of salt, then fold into the wet mixture until fully incorporated.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

While the brownies are baking, prepare the cookie dough by creaming together 115g of unsalted butter with 75g of granulated sugar and 75g of brown sugar.

Mix in 5g of vanilla extract and then gradually add 120g of all-purpose flour and 30dl of milk until the dough comes together.

Fold in 100g each of dark, milk, and white chocolate chips.

Once brownies are baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before spreading the cookie dough mixture evenly on top.

Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips if desired and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the cookie dough layer before slicing into squares.
