Banana Bread Pudding

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

Add the mashed bananas to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.

Gradually add the flour, stirring gently until fully incorporated and the mixture is lump-free.

Pour the banana custard mixture into a greased baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Dust with powdered sugar just before serving and enjoy warm.
