Tender and flavorful baby back ribs coated in a sweet and tangy glaze, perfect for a summer barbecue or a cozy dinner at home.
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor absorption.
Season the ribs generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to create the glaze.
Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, meat side up, and brush half of the glaze over the ribs.
Cover the ribs with another piece of foil to keep them moist during cooking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours until the ribs are tender.
Remove the foil and brush the remaining glaze over the ribs.
Increase the oven temperature to 220°C (425°F) and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, basting with the glaze every 10 minutes until caramelized.
Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
