marinade/sauce:
- Soy sauce100 ml
- Mirin50 ml
- Sake50 ml

Cut the chicken thigh fillets into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar to make the teriyaki sauce.
