Ingredients

- Mozzarella cheese250 g
- Spinach200 g
- Canned crushed tomatoes400 g

Sauté finely chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil until soft.

Add crushed tomatoes to the garlic and onion, season with salt and pepper, and let simmer for 20 minutes. Tear fresh basil leaves and add to the sauce.

In a separate pot, blanch the spinach for a minute, drain and squeeze out excess water.

In a baking dish, spread a layer of tomato sauce, then a layer of lasagna sheets.

Spread a layer of the cottage cheese and spinach mixture, then sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella.
