Ingredients

- Graham cracker crumbs150 g

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool slightly.

Reduce oven temperature to 160°C.

In a large bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk. Gradually add Key lime juice, whisking until well combined.

Pour filling into the cooled crust and bake for 15 minutes. The filling should be set but still wobbly in the center.
