Grilled Avocado with Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
grilled avocado:
- Ripe avocados2
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Lime juice1 tbsp
- Salt
garlic shrimp:
- Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined400 g
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Butter1 tbsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Salt
- Chili flakes1 tsp
for serving:
- Cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges

Cut avocados in half and remove the pit. Brush with olive oil and lime juice, then sprinkle lightly with salt.

Heat grill to medium-high. Place avocados cut side down on the grill and cook for 5 minutes or until they have nice grill marks.

While avocados are grilling, heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, approximately 1 minute.

Add shrimp to the pan, sprinkle with salt and chili flakes. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side, depending on their size.

Remove avocados from the grill. Fill the cavity of each avocado half with the garlic shrimp.
