Middle Eastern Stuffed Peppers with Bulgur and Beef

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the bulgur according to the package instructions and set aside.

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Stir in the cooked bulgur, tomato paste, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
