Wash and dry the strawberries while leaving the stems on.

In a saucepan, combine 200g of sugar and 100ml of water, and heat until the sugar melts and turns into a golden caramel.

Dip the strawberries into the caramel and set them on parchment paper to cool and harden.

Melt 200g of dark chocolate over a double boiler and let it cool slightly.

Whip 200ml of heavy cream to soft peaks and fold it into the melted chocolate.

Beat 2 egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually add 50g of sugar, and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the chocolate mixture.

Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

For the fake sausage, melt 100g each of dark and milk chocolate, then pour into sausage-shaped molds. Let it set in the refrigerator.
