Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the glaze.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush half of the glaze over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated.
Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours until tender.
Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top layer of foil. Brush the remaining glaze over the ribs.
Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and return the ribs to the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
