Garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs are delicious stuffed dough balls filled with savory cheeseburger ingredients, coated in garlic butter and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Perfect for parties or game day!
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares (about 10 cm each).
Place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture in the center of each dough square, followed by a small piece of cheddar cheese.
Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to form a ball, sealing the edges tightly.
Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter over each dough ball.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the garlic buttered bombs.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
