Crispy Orange Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, egg, and a pinch of salt to create the batter.

Dip each piece of chicken into the batter until well coated.

Steam the broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.

Cook the rice according to package instructions to serve as a side dish.

Combine the crispy chicken with the orange sauce and toss to coat evenly.

Serve the orange chicken alongside steamed broccoli and fluffy rice.
