A savory and satisfying dish featuring tender beef, vibrant broccoli, and chewy ramen noodles in a flavorful sauce.
Slice the beef sirloin thinly against the grain.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch to create the marinade.
Add the sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
Add the cooked beef back to the skillet along with the cooked ramen noodles and water. Stir to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.
Serve the ramen in bowls, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
