A delicious and quick pasta dish featuring spaghetti tossed with crispy bacon, garlic, and a hint of pepper. Perfect for a weeknight dinner!
Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the bacon to the skillet and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve a cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the bacon and garlic, tossing to combine.
If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water to loosen it up.
Season with freshly cracked black pepper and stir in chopped parsley.
Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
